Return Window
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused or in like-new condition
- Must include original packaging, accessories, and manuals
- Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened seed pods or nutrient packs
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at support@bytevolve.com with your order number
- We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA)
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
